Return and exchange policy

- Returning or exchanging the product is a right for all of our customers, and it includes all the products we offer in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy as per the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Return or exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packaged in its original packaging.

- Return within (2) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or replacement.

- Please take a photo and send the product with the city, address and order number so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect or is not used in accordance with the agreement.

- A full refund will be given to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

- We are not responsible for the expectations of customers' use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page of our website.

- 30% deduction or no less than the shipment price if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or problem mentioned.
